Broken scales?!

Please be broken scales!

So, i'm abit confused. I've lost no weight, um.
What's going on? A 3 day fast?
I lost more weight eating..
so that's what i'm going to do.
Back to prom days i think. 4 weeks tonight 'til a big night out. 6 and a half stone please (91 lbs?)

And i'm not using them shitty scales either. Just clothes i think. they're just demotivating me- i never used them when i dropped serious weight last time.
Maybe that's the best way for me :/



  1. Maybe you hit a plateau. You should be able to break out of it.

  2. Maybe it's just water weight? After your fast is over, eat a bit one day and then weigh yourself the morning after. Then see how it is. :)
